We collect only the content you voluntarily upload. All data is encrypted during transfer and stored temporarily on our servers.

2. Data Storage

Uploaded content is automatically deleted after the selected expiration period (2-20 minutes). We do not permanently store your files or text content. All temporary files are securely deleted from our servers after expiration.

3. Data Usage

Your content is used solely for the purpose of transfer between devices. We do not analyze, scan, share, or sell your data to third parties. Your privacy is our priority.

4. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• Encrypted data transfers
• Automatic data cleanup
• Random code generation
• View limits per transfer

However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

5. Cookies

We only use a local storage cookie to remember your theme preference (light/dark mode). No tracking cookies are used.

By accessing and using Send Anything ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

Send Anything provides temporary file and text transfer services. Content is automatically deleted after the expiration period selected by the user. The service is provided "as is" without any warranties.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or malicious content
• Upload copyrighted material without permission
• Use the service for spamming or phishing
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Exceed the maximum file size limit of 100MB

4. Service Limitations

• Maximum file size: 100MB per upload
• Content expiration: 2-20 minutes (user selected)
• Maximum views: 10 per code
• Service availability: We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service

5. Limitation of Liability

Send Anything and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
